cuz it IS boring first, but then it gets very fast paced and exciting
I had some issues with the gameplay but the biggest one was probably auto-battle. It felt like it was less interactive and took control away so it made the battles boring for me. I only had to use manual for when enemies were broken to make sure they got launched but that was about it.
I liked the paradigm shifting, pretty graphics, and cool Eidolon summons though.
And I still want to play XIII-2 too for the story even though I played the demo and found it dull despite many improvements. lol
yeah i do feel that auto-battle makes me a bit lazy, but hey imo the game relies more on timing and paradigm shifts. without that you're as good as dead
also Libra makes stuff a lot easier too
but this is my first FF game, so i don't feel like you hardcore fans
i am at chapter 9! can't wait to see what happens! that sanctus with long fingernails is a nasty douche >_<
Maybe I'll wait and see if a complete version of XIII-2 comes out with the DLC included.
